Why Register?

Registration is required to access the COINS web application. Registered users have instant access to the Consolidated
Insurance System (COINS) allowing them to:
  • View, Search & Print ID Cards
  • Enter Organization Insurees Insurance Information
  • Manage Insuree's from anywhere
  • Much,Much More!

Getting Started

Please complete the following form, providing correct information for all prepared fields. When you are done completing
the form, please review and click the 'Submit Registration' button. Upon completion of the registration form you will have
access to the COINS application and the capability to add insuree’s. (NOTE: All accounts are reviewed and no changes
are valid until the user has been validated!)

    AUTHORITIES: The information solicited on this form is requested pursuant to provision in the United States Information and Exchange
    Act of 1948 (Smith-Mundt), and the Mutual Educational and Cultural Exchange Act of 1961 (Fullbright-Hayes).

    PURPOSE: The primary purpose for soliciting the information is to validate whether the registrant should be given access to the
    Consolidated Insurance System (COINS) website, and to provide the registrant with functional Login information that they can use to access the website. The information may also be used to contact users of the COINS website, for purposes such as providing new passwords or providing information about the site.

    ROUTINE USES: The information solicited on this form will not be routinely used by anyone outside of the Department of State.
    Failure to provide the information requested on this form may result in the denial of access to the COINS website.
